At United Luxury, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange, and repair policies:

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You may request an exchange for a different watch within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The watch is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Exchange Process

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you would like to receive in exchange.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the requested replacement watch to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

3. 2-Year Replacement Policy

Eligibility

The watch is in its original, unworn condition.Products must be purchased within the past 2 years.

Products must be defective or damaged under normal use.

How to Request

Contact customer service with proof of purchase.

Describe the issue and provide images if necessary.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer a similar product.

Exclusions

Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Custom or personalized items are excluded.
